The second edition of the exhibition to be held from 21 to 23 October 2008 could not be more timely. Vietnam's accession to the World Trade Organisation combined with its membership of ASEAN, comprising a market of 560 million people, mean Vietnam has full exposure to the opportunities offered by both global markets and those of its Southeast Asian neighbors.
